Attend our events
SAWS donates to charity 20p per person that attends our events, the more people turn up, the more money we can donate to a welfare cause! You can make a difference. SAWS donates to a different charity every time, in order to align with our event topics. One example of our donations include the Leaping Bunny for our Cruelty-free Cosmetics event.

Support our members by donating to their cause
Hello, I'm Jasmine Quach and I'm participating in The Three Peaks Challenge to help raise funds for the international wildlife charity Born Free.
On July 2, 2021 I will set off on adventure to climb United Kingdom's 3 tallest peaks. I'm super excited because not only can I cross off backpacking off my bucket list, but I get to support a charity whose mission and values are something I really care about.
Born Free’s mission is to ensure that all wild animals, whether living in captivity or in the wild, are treated with compassion and respect and are able to live their lives according to their needs. Born Free fights against exploitation of wild animals in captivity and campaigns to keep wildlife in the wild.

We are so happy you’re interested in getting involved with our work here at RVC Student Animal Welfare Society. There are so many ways for you to help, and we truly appreciate each and every effort. By engaging with our content, you'll help us to better tailor the Student Animal Welfare Society around RVC students.
